Emergency Treatment
During surgery hours please contact the practice and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. Outside of surgery hours the practice answer phone will provide the numbers of the emergency service for registered patients only.
We may ask you about your medication you are taking. Please make a note of its name and bring it with you when you attend the surgery. If you change your address or telephone number please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us to keep our records up to date and ensure that recalls are sent to the correct address.
